Chimichurri Sauce

Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I posted a recipe but I’m back and filled with new inspirations! Today I’ll share with you my Chimichurri Sauce recipe. I actually made some today to pair with churrasco. —————————- Ingredients: 1/2   cup   olive oil 2   tablespoons  vinegar (I used raw apple cider vinegar) 1/2   cup   finely chopped parsley 3-4   cloves   garlic   , finely chopped 1 tsp of red pepper flakes 1/4 cup of white onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup of green or red peppers, finely chopped 3/4   teaspoon   dried oregano 1   level teaspoon coarse salt pepper   , to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon) Instructions: Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl or mason jar and leave it for 25 minutes. Then, pair it with meat, chicken or pork. Enjoy!
